With over 15 years’ experience in housing development as a Design & Technical Director, GLD’s founder brings an understanding of planning policy, technical constraints, and design standards to be able to produce intelligent solutions that balance creativity with constructability.

Whether developing a new house type or range, or reviewing and updating existing designs, GLD can tailor these to meet individual developer requirements and specifications. We ensure all designs comply with current Building Control regulations, NDS standards, and M4 requirements, future-proofing your type designs.
Each house type can be delivered as a complete, ready-to-submit model or as a flexible template, allowing easy modifications to fenestrations to suit site-specific criteria.
